Your AI Financial Services Team
Prepare my week.
Max preps every meeting, drafts every follow-up, finds what needs attention across your book, and never sends without you. One captain, a team of specialists, your business.
Card required. Every feature. A sample household so Max can prepare a meeting in the first minute.
- Replaces the stack a solo adviser pays for today
- CRM + notetaker + marketing + governance
- Priced for the sub-$1M firm
- From $99 per seat, annual
- Every AI draft has
- A policy decision, an approver and an export
What Max does in a week
Ask for what you want to accomplish. Max runs a playbook, a fixed sequence of steps we wrote and versioned, and the work comes back prepared for your approval.
1. Prepare
“Prepare my 2 PM.”
Max builds the brief from the household record and your firm's approved knowledge: what changed, what is stale, the gaps for this meeting type, the questions to ask, and what will need approval afterwards.
2. Capture
“Summarise the Chen meeting.”
Notes, dictation or a transcript go in. Decisions, tasks, document requests and proposed record changes come out, each quoting the words it came from. You Apply or Dismiss every change to the record.
3. Follow through
“Draft the recap.”
The client recap, the follow-up and the document request are drafted, grounded in the timeline, and parked in your Inbox with the exact message and the disclosures. Nothing leaves until you approve it.
4. Grow
“Find opportunities.”
Reviews due, RMD ages, stale prospects, unanswered questions, life events mentioned in a meeting, a referral not yet thanked. Each item shows the evidence and a priority you can read.
One captain, named specialists
Max routes each request to a specialist. Each one is a frame over a fixed, allow-listed set of tools, so a specialist cannot reach a tool outside its job. Playbooks are code, not prompts: a model never chooses which tools to call or in what order.
Client AI
Prep briefs, summaries, recaps and follow-ups grounded in the household record.
Lead AI
Prospect follow-ups and stage nudges from first contact to won.
Planning AI
Runs the tools engine and narrates results it is checked against.
Proposal AI
Turns a scenario set into a client-ready illustration under stated assumptions.
Marketing AI
Drafts from your brand kit and approved knowledge. Has no access to client records.
Compliance AI
Screens every marketing draft for claims, testimonials, predictions and your lexicon.
Built for the firm that has to answer for it
Solos get peace of mind once. Principals get one inbox for everything awaiting approval, with the reason. Examiners get a trail they can read.
Every external action is gated
Sending an email, publishing content and changing the official record are parked until the person your policy names approves.
Approvals are bound to content
The approval records a hash of the exact draft. The database refuses to mark anything sent without a matching approval. Edit the draft and it needs a new one.
Everything is on the record
An append-only, hash-chained audit log you can verify from Settings, a communications archive with the final content, recipients and disclosures, and export on demand.
Your firm is a data island
Every table is scoped by firm with row-level security. An automated suite proves no query crosses firms on every schema change.
The full description for a compliance officer, the subprocessor list and the data processing addendum are public on the Trust pages.
Numbers from an engine, not a model
22 tool specs over 14 deterministic engines, each a pure function from validated inputs and visible assumptions to outputs, with methodology, limitations and golden cases the build holds it to. Your firm's assumptions are versioned; a saved scenario re-renders with the version it was computed with.
Every result carries the same contract: inputs, assumptions, outputs, methodology, limitations, version, and the words “illustration, not a recommendation”. Pre-filled from Client 360 or run from a sentence: “run a retirement scenario for the Chens assuming 5%”.

Advisers keep a planner for decades and an archive because the regulator says so. FinBoss is the captain over the rest of the week, not another system to feed.
- Wealthbox and Redtail
- Import your export on day one; header synonyms and household grouping handled.
- Google Calendar and Microsoft 365
- Meetings sync every 30 minutes and link to households by attendee.
- Follow-ups and campaigns send with your signature, disclosures and an unsubscribe link.
- Facebook Page and Instagram
- Publish approved content directly. LinkedIn is not connected yet.
- iPhone and Android
- Decide approvals, capture a meeting and ask Max from the phone. Push carries no client data.
- Your planner and your archive
- FinBoss does not replace eMoney, MoneyGuide, RightCapital, Smarsh or Global Relay.
Pricing
Per seat, per month, with an annual discount. AI usage is included up to a monthly budget; once it is used, Max starts no new tasks until the next period or a plan change, and tasks already started finish. Nothing is metered on daily work. No setup fees below Enterprise.

Questions advisers ask first
- Is this a notetaker?
- Capture is one step. FinBoss runs the week around it: the prep before the meeting, the tasks and record changes after it, the recap that waits for your approval, and the opportunities across the book. There is no bot joining your call yet; notes, dictation or a transcript go in.
- Do I have to leave my CRM?
- FinBoss keeps its own client record and imports a Wealthbox or Redtail export on day one. Two-way sync with the CRM you keep is on the roadmap, not shipped. If your firm will stay on its CRM, say so on the trial call and we will tell you plainly whether it fits.
- Where do the numbers come from?
- From a deterministic tools engine with your firm's versioned assumptions, never from a model. A model may narrate a result, and a check rejects any narrative containing a figure the results do not hold.
- Can the AI send something on its own?
- No. Every send, publish and record change is a tool the executor parks for approval. The evaluation suite plants instructions in notes, transcripts and documents and fails the build if any of them results in a send.
- What does the trial include?
- 14 days with a card on file, every feature, and a sample household so Max can prepare a meeting in the first minute. It converts to Solo unless you choose another plan.
- What about my compliance officer?
- Send them the Trust pages: the AI use and controls description, the subprocessor list and the data processing addendum. Team adds policy templates for SEC and state RIA firms; Enterprise adds broker-dealer templates, archive connectors and SSO.
